well it's only being dissected to what needs removed/replaced to pass state inspection and what i might find interesting during detailing. winter put the kebosh on things but now i'm dumbing down the headlights from H4 to US spec halogen. the rad support is a different stamping.

In the subject of gtx here, anyone found any official gtx engine part replacements..

I know the B6 is our closest bet, possibly even sohc engines might do it.. But for the lucky few, I'd love to know where i can find replacements..

Searching Google Japan is some help, but knowing specific part numbers i can just run to the shop and buy would also be nice too..

In particular, timing belts and gasket kits.

had the bumper cover off to replace a defective horn for inspection. then decided to replace the yellow Cibies with clear Cibie 35s. then started getting crazy into cleaning and restoring parts before reassembly. then winter arrived. cold slows everything down without a garage. hibernating under a Noah cover and trickle charger now.
