It is a good tool to have, I have seen cars not pass emmisions just because the timing was off!

I just failed emissions today. I didn't set the timing before I went up there, and I am guessing that is what's wrong. We just installed a Festiva Motorsports engine, and got it up and running last night. Man does it sound good:-) I know that I should have put a light on it, and now I am kicking myself in the butt.
