did they sell an Aspire with a rear wiper in the us? our car has a chopped rear defroster plug, so i don't know if it can be saved....

Yeah the Aspire was offered with a Rear wiper, but honestly their so rare Ive only seen a handful even when the apsire was sold new, but here is a pic I searched for you online. -
Even my two Aspire SEs didn't have the rear wiper. They came with defrost tho.90 Festy (Larry)--B6M (Matt D. modified B6 head), header, 5-speed, Capri XR2 front brakes, many other little mods

According to the Ford factory service manual the rear window wiper system was available on Canadian Aspires only.Also the switch for the rear wiper is mounted on the end of the stalk with the front wiper switch not separate like on a Festiva.It is quite common on Australian Festivas that are the same body as our Aspire in the US.Comment
