Air Conditioning

Has anyone installed AC in a car that didn't originally come with it? Was it a complete hassle? Or was it easier than expected? Thoughts?

Easier than expected. It is a stand alone system.

The reason I ask is that if I found an awesome car without AC I would go ahead and get it. And add the AC alittle later if need be. I'm not concerned about hurting mileage since I don't pay for my gas anyways, my company does. So its ok haha.
