This is my opinion:
If Ford is going to do a hatchback 'Stang, they may as well extend the roof back further and make a station wagon hatchback.
IMHO, the extended roof would at least "flow" better with the rest of the lines.Comment

If something were done to blend in the hatch to the tail I could see it. But it looks like they just stuck a hatchback on a Mustang body trying to change as little as possible, and that is wrong to me.Any difference that makes no difference is no difference.
