Yep 3 wheels is considered a motorcycle. . Problem with these "cars" are you would by law have to have a motorcycle license and in say, mo you would be required to wear a helmet.
I thought the elio was the way of the further but we need better laws for 3 wheeld cars. And stop saying there motorcycles
