First snow in my VW Golf with 4-Motion

My DD is a 2013 Golf R. I've never had a car with full time all wheel drive. We are in a winter storm warning and I took it out to see how well it went thru the snow. I was pleasantly surprised at how well she did in the snow! The first year I had my Festiva, I purchased studded ice/snow tires for her! Good luck finding 12 inch studded snow tires these days. Makes me miss having to keep the light backend under control in slick conditions!
