    That's Arabic, so it's probably Iran.

      Saipa has been discussed here plenty of times. Its Iran. And its technically not a chop if the bodies are stamped that way [emoji14]

          I like it. Like the looks of the cluster and is that a vent above the radio. Might be a way to get some heat.
