  • It's on the road!

A few months back I bought a cheap ($250) 1988 Festiva which was going to be my winter beater. Then the clutch went in my Contour SVT so I started repairs on the Festiva. Well, after replacing every single inch of brake line on the car due to rot, it is up and running! I just hope the damned thing passes inspection. Wish me luck!

I should move there just for that fact. I haven't had a car pass inspection in probably two years.

Every car I have owned has had a turbo in it, until I bought this latest festiva.. I plan to fix that though.

I have a 99 BLK CSVT modded to hell and a 98 salvage title Silver CSVT parts car. Are you part of Contour.org? I'm well known on the forums there.

Project B6T: The clutch is shot on my SVT. Also, a lot of the suspension is damaged due to the wonderful roads in Springfield. I have been ordering tons of parts for it lately so I will be able to get it back on the road next summer.

Pole120: Yep, I'm a member at Contour.org (BloodyTomFlint). I have seen the products and services you offer and will probably be getting some stuff from you sooner or later if I can't make it myself. I take it that your Festiva is going to end up black as well based on your sig.

Yes, it's going to be black. I was supposed to be painting it this week, but my SVT was broken into/vandalized this weekend so i'm focusing on getting that taken care of before i do anything more on the festiva.
