  • Festiva insurance

If Festivas weren't economical enough my new lower auto insurance is now $46 every six months. That's $7.67 per month. Yearly property tax is under $10 now. All that plus 40 MPG....Festivas just keep on giving !

Why would you need to tow a festiva !? I've never had one quit on me.

WOW! That is incredibly low. What company do you have? I'm paying $250 or so every 6 months with progressive. Probably because I'm only 22 with an accident in the last 5 years.

Mine is with Progressive also. I'm old. Funny thing is I have two 1993 festivas. One is $46 every six months and the other one is $62 every six. Go figure

Mine works out to be $21.16/month paid semi-annually, $100000/300000 liability, property damage uninsured motorist, and $5000 medical. Cost considers 2nd car, and homeowners ins. That thru Auto Owners Insurance, headquartered in Lansing MI. I've never had a claim with AO so can't rate it other than it exceeds the minimum coverage requirement.

I just bought my first festy and went to get insurance thursday. It was 38 a month. Funny thing is my 2003 silverado is only 34, and miata is 14. 100k/300k/100k on all

Full coverage on my two cars and when I added the festiva on, with liability, it went down $3 a month because of some bundle. They are now investing in hopes that I wreck it haha.

Yea I have no idea why the miata is so cheap and the festy was so high. I pulled out my phone and showed them a pic and said so your saying this is more expensive to insure than my truck

Lol, I have never had to tow my own festy because of mechanical failure. Yesterday my wife and I were in a foot of snow going down to an 1800's rail grade / stage connection. It was snowing hard. In the event of a failure a tow truck will come if I find cell service. It would take a day to hike out. I wouldn't leave her anyway. I have survival gear as well. The three festies with full coverage , towing ,rental and road side, Chevy with storage insurance and insurance covering all belongings in storage or home comes out to 97 per month. It is more expensive for just liability on the cars alone at State Farm. Maybe I should look around ?
