  • Strut Bolts/Nuts

The front ones. I know there is the 4green thread with part #s for the stock replacements, but they always seem to rust solid on my Festivas, so I found some hopefully better ones and from the US no less.

The bolts are 7mm shorter than stock too, which "should" keep most threads either in the knuckle or in the nut and out of the weather.

Because this was WITH antiseize drowning both the strut and ball stud pinch bolts and nuts. Without it, I'd imagine I would have had no chance of getting them off, and as it was it was still tough.

    Bolts- M12 x 1.75 x 50mm flange bolt
    Nuts- M12 x 1.75 flange nut

    Both coated and grade 10.9.

Like a glove. This might not be a big deal to those with good hardware stores that live in civilization, but I have to order this stuff. So I have 1 extra set if anyone wants it. Cost plus shipping. PM me.

Looks like the strut will break before those new bolts do j/k.

I love putting new fasteners on.
They just rust away out here in pittsburgh
Maybe it is the same out there.

Yeah, I parked the car for a year or so, and it just rusted solid.

It stays wet here. We're always in the shade.

Kinda funny. I was looking at the pinch bolt, and there is some kind of rust antiseize alloy that has formed.
