Why not mini swamp coolers in cars ?

I've thought about putting something based on this style in and have it set up so I can pull it out when needed

There is a company out here that makes a similar product to that for small aircraft. I can't remember the companies name, but it's pretty much just a guy working out of his garage, putting heater cores in coolers and making a fan blower box thing. it's a nice product, but could be easily duplicated and used in small cars.
