                    Entirely staged video which sure looks to be the Coke-addled and disgraced Mayor of Toronto Brian Ford having a conniption fit. So? A fat cat with no mechanical aptitude or patience would choose to drive a 20 year old car with custom paint, wheels and tires, and who knows what else is artfully ducked under the hood, and ruin it all in front of bird brains with cellphone cameras in order to achieve 30 seconds worth of publicity.
