I just got to take a closer look at the report, and noticed that the Emission station didn't properly record the amount of miles on the festiva back in the late 90s, because I highly doubt someone put 50k miles on the car in a year before it changed hands to someone else. They would have had to have been driving that cross country all year for it to rack up that kinda mileage. Plus it should have at least gained a few miles on the drive to the emission station, unless they lived next door to it. lol
