Side window latches

My side window latches lock tight when closed but will not stay in the open and latched position in the wind. Are there new latches available that will fit my festiva??? Also, K&N seems to have dropped it's Festiva air filter listing...is there one that will fit properly but listed under another car brand?? Does anyone have the old K&N number???
