Getting ready to get a festiva.

Had a beater one I gave to some friends who traded it to eachother and then sold it off. Plan on getting this one and fixing it up maybe doing an engine swap. Anyone think this is a good deal?

Judging off the pics it looks pretty solid, and unless the engine is seized or something horrible like that it probably wont be too hard to get running again. Make sure to check out the build threads to see what people have swapped into theirs. I swapped in a BP engine and another popular one is the B6 or B6T.

Yeah just got done talking to the owner only issue is it wont pass emissions due to a bad CAT. Hopefully when I will be able to snatch it tomorrow

If tis blue then yes thats it. Had a bit of know he needed it for an engine so he could drive his while he rebuilt his engine. Oh and I got it something is wrong with the carb low on power seems to be lean on fuel.

Yeah didn't i buy some parts from you? Anyways bought 88 LX it was a steal just needed adjust the fuel ratio and adjust ignition timing runs almost like a champ just need to fine tune the timing and ratio.
