Got my 1988 festi. Can't wait to get to work on it. Previous owner did some great work with it, but the carb seems to be running lean on fuel. It is very down on power.

Does your dash have the provision for a manual choke on the left? I saw the picture of the spare change shelf on the right.

Nope this one has auto choke I believe.

Got it running great now. Adjusted fuel ratio and adjusted ignition timing and runs like a champ for not using a timing light. Going to bring it to the garage tomorrow and get the timing set just right.

Er what I mean is it has a spot for one, but there is no manual choke.
