linkage ?

just curious but I have a 5 speed trans and was keeping it just in case.
I have a 94-95 aspire and was going to scrap it soon and was wondering
if I should keep the shifter/linkage "just in case". anyway, the trans came out of a festiva,
so I was wanting to know if the aspire linkage and shifter are the same fit wise.
