  • My new ride. Ford inside

Traded in my 2013 Taurus SEL , didn't like that car that much. The seats are not comfortable , stupid heater has a mind of its own with my ford touch. Always having cold feet in this. Stupid storage for the magnitude of the center console .

I also needed something to pull the shogun around for long trips.

Hense this 2015 f150 xl sport 4x4. 3.5 (not ecoboost). Everyone tells me it looks friggin awesome. And i agree with em. I chose every single options and color on this one. This is how a truck should look like, not those super long 4 door truck which i call a minivan.

    Nice looking truck!
But a 2 door truck like that would be useless for a lot of people. 4 door pickups do have their place as trucks. just like all trucks- even ones like yours- they dont get used for their purpose very commonly.

4 door trucks have more versatility than two door trucks, without sacrificing towing or storage capacity, especially with people who have families. I have personally never cared for single cab trucks, especially long-bed duallies, which IMO look ridiculous. I don't mind the short bed single cabs as much though. I love the color you chose, and at least you bought a Ford! Nice choice, enjoy the truck!

Looks awesome! Love the color! We have the 3.5 in our Flex and I find it be a very good motor. Looks like your version has about 20 more HP. I like its reliability, we have not had any issues with it and it has 110k+ miles on it. Descent gas mileage too.

Everybody has an opinion on how a truck should look: 2 doors or 4, baby bed or long bed or something in between, 2 wheel drive or 4, dually or not, diesel or gas.... Most important thing is finding the truck that meets your needs, style, and hopefully some wants. Sounds like you got exactly what you wanted: which makes it the perfect truck! Now hopefully you will use it to bring the shogun to madness X...

Nice looking truck. Love the color. I don't care to much for four doors either but do like an extended cab. And I won't own a truck that's not a long bed. Nice truck hope you enjoy it.
