Yeah, some 90-93 festivas had tan interior. It isn't as common as it was in the 88-89 though.The Festiva Store

I believe all years has some variation of tan interior. Only the '91 -'93 GL had the tan w/red interior. The earlier 88-89 models had a more of a Brown/tan interior color, but the two were different and no red stripes on the earlier models brown. The '90 models had a tan as well.
