Maybe try getting a can of maf(mass air flow) sensor cleaner and cleaning you maf sensor. Maybe it is contaminated? It is located above the air filter. It may be worth taking a look even if you don't clean it you may be able to see a small piece of crap on the wire filament that is causing your rough run. I also would want to check fuel pressure.
