Turn signals and back up lights out.

Just had a Festy buddy call me.He is without back up lights and turn signals.Headlights and flashers work.He has checked bulbs and and fuses.Any advise to help him out is appreciated.

Check for a clean and tight ground. Open the hatch and look down. It should be in the middle.
