saw this festiva on copart. kind of like the body kit, especially the modification to the stock rear bumper

Those might be part of a set that came out a long time ago. There should be a spoiler that matches them. Really rare.

That's what it is. They were available to dealers as an add on scepter. I saw one in 1988 at Allen County Motors Ford dealership here in Fort Wayne Indiana on a new Festiva. It also had a sun roof.
