  • Aftermarket turbos?

Thinking about doing a rear turbo setup.. Has anyone used a t3 turbo? Is that too big? Going to be on a tracer b6 1989 and thinking about a Weber double barrel carb. Soooo get a t3 and do a rear turbo setup or????

Eurotiva is the guy to ask about this setup. He has built a few of these. You may want a small t3 for a sohc b6. Like a saab 900 turbo.

A b6t turbo is what you want on a sohc.

My bp has a t3/t3, and doesn't make full boost till 4k

One of those Subaru oem 2l turbo would be a great upgrade option over the b6t turbo.

A "t3 turbo" is a very broad term. I suggest you read up more on turbochargers in general.

"t3" is about as specific as "small block".

I have a TB0356 (a "small T3") from a 2.0 8v Saab and I'm sure an 8v B6 would spin it. Wouldn't be much for low end but probably good mid and top end power.

A stock b6t turbo is smaller and would be better for low end power.

It all depends on what kinda power you want and where you want it.

Also what are your plans for engine management?

Doesn't t3 exclusively represent it's exhaust inlet flange?

Inlet size, and housing size. Mine is an A/R .60 cold, and .63 hot
