What crank nose do i have?

never really heard of big nose and little nose cranks...
this is the part number and specs for my front oil seal:

97790
From 12/90
51mm OD

can anybody tell me off of that what crank is in my B5?
and does that mean i can use any big/little nose oil pump and harmonic balancer whether its sohc or dohc?

The harmonic balancer parts are specific to big nose or small nose respectively. Sounds like you have a big nose crank.
