I would find a set of good 13" wheels to replace your 12" wheels. The 12" tires are not very sturdy and they cause the car to feel squirmy compared to more modern tires.
Driving for me is neither a right nor a privilege. Driving is my passion, as it was for the people who invented the automobile, the people who paved the first roads and the people who continue to improve the automobile. Please respect this passion.

I don't have the time right now, but maybe someone else can direct you to their site and how to navigate it it since it's a little difficult. Like others said, In wouldn't worry about the salvage title. You can always run a Carfax and see if there is any info as to why it was totaled.
How would you search fourgreen for 1989 Festiva? Do you use Kia Pride or Saipa or what ? Do you get a part number and go from there ? Thanks -

Yeah, Use the Kia Pride. It is a little intimidating to search things on that site at first but once you dig into it you can find some pretty cool stuff.

It might be difficult to separate out things for 89. Most of the engine related stuff is fuel injected, but body related stuff can be used. There is NOTHING related to the "US only" automatic seat belts or anything that accommodates them. When I'm searching I use the "Pride:99/6~(1999-2000)" listing and do it in Chrome with "auto-translate" turned on. It will give you mostly words you will recognize as English but may not be familiar nomenclature. I then copy the part numbers and paste them in Fourgreen, which I have open in another browser. It works fairly well, especially when the Fourgreen listing has a pic. I have bought a very few things( cheap things) which didn't fit/work, but mostly good results.
