Mine is a Crane Cams unit and it has two wires that go to the magnetic pickup. Came with a little spacer that screws in where the old ICM was and had two little lugs that plug into the magnetic pick up. When I first put it in I had them backwards and it ran like crap. Swapped them around and it has been running great for like 10 years now. You may have to hook up the wire that says "magnetic pick up not used' to one side of the magnetic pick up in the distributor and ground the other? Good luck! i have it like the picture. main red to battery. main black to battery. orange to coil + black to coil -. white to stock coil - red to stock coil +
what should i change?

I'd love to see a picture, as I suspect that there's an issue with the ICM to 6al wiring.Trees aren't kind to me...
