Spot weld cutters/drill bits

What's the proper size spot weld cutter/drill bit for most of the sheet metal in this car? 1/4", 5/16", or 3/8"?
I'm removing the lower radiator core support and rear seat back reinforcements. It seems that about the same size spot weld is used throughout.
