Cheviot -a now-defunct Australian rim manufacturer- once sold a nearly identical turbine wheel. The fit and finish of Cheviot wheels were lower than Ronal or BBS. I expect the BMW wheel will not be made in Australia.

ROH bought Chevoit, and they still use some of the old chevoit moulds.
