Clegg engine rebuild kit

Are the Clegg rebuild kits any good? Or are there better ones for the same price or less? I have a stock 91 very new to owning a festiva but loving it already! Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank!

More importantly, does the engine need rebuilt or just resealed?

Reseal but I feel like I should just do the master kit if I have the engine out. It's stock everything but it all works just valve, rear main, and oil pan have seal leaks. I have no idea if anything else is messed up in the engine it runs good and sounds great only has 140k
