  • F'ing Honda guys

So I dug out the BP car from the back of the garage tonight. Washed it up and took it out for a drive. 1st time in a few months. Got to a light and saw a honda/ricer behind me. Took off normal and he's all over me so I punched it and he did nothing. Next light the same thing. 3rd light I took of slow and didn't accelerate. He's flipping out, honking his horn flashing his lights. Then the road (4 lanes, 2 each direction) opened up and he went in the other lane to pass so I rapidly accelerated to 100+. A little bit later he caught up, passed me then brake checked me. I thought he was going to loose control. His car was all over the place and I just lightly applied my aspire brakes easily outbraking him. I pulled straight to the side of the road, came to a complete stop and got out of the car. He stopped but didn't get out. Then raced off. I chased him till he got on the highway.

What an ass. His windows were tinted so I couldn't see who was driving.

It was nice to embarrass him by out accelerating and out braking him.

Probably a good thing he didn't get out, because he could've added an ass kicking to his list of embarassments tonight!

Hey Matt, do you have a ballpark figure of what the bp car would do in the quarter?

Im just weighing the pros and cons of a BP VS B6T, Money vs performance.. for my daily driver. My B6 is Fun, but not "holy crap was that a festiva!?" fun...

BP is definitely "holy crap that was a festiva," but it wouldn't stomp a good B6T on the track. I just love how smooth the power band is with the BP. Its great all the way from 2K to the 7K redline. There isn't a power drop in the high RPMs at all, the only time you lose power is when the engine hits the rev limiter and slows itself down. And it'll do 120 easy on the highway, before I swapped clusters I could peg the speedo in 3rd. BPT is the way to go though
            No festiva for me ATM...

you know, i dont understand why alot of drivers on the road have to be such douches.. its like their jealous or something , not aloud to pass them, go faster or whatever they feel like regulating what your doing when your just going along minding your own business....

one time a civic Si was tailgating me so i let off the gas and started coasting, then the guy in the civic floors it and goes around me and keeps flooring it, then all of a sudden a police explorer floors it around me too and pulls over the civic, i slowly drove by so they could see me and my Friend pointing and laughing at them. silly honda people.

Yesterday on the way home, traffic was backing up pretty bad (5mph).
I was in the right turn lane and this car passes me on the right, on the shoulder.
I look in my mirror and two cars back another car pulls out and starts down the shoulder.
I'm thinking 'where do they think they're going?'
As the second car passes me I see the blue lights in the back window.
He pulls the first car over. That was too funny.
So that's where the cops are when you need them, two cars back.

I don't know about that.. stock against stock yes, but not by much.. but hehe my BP isn't stock so if I ran against a stock B6T Festiva.. I would most likely win..

Hey I like those crazy Honda guys. I really like it when they miss the 3-4 shift when showing off and send a rod through the block. That kind of stuff pays my mortgage.
Currently Festiva-less. Please don't hate me

Are you using the Festiva or Aspire master cylinder?
                            You gonna race that thing?
