  • Suddenly the BP swap just isn't cutting it

So I BP/g15mr swapped festiver and I started dailying it again 2/15/17 she hit the road to be exact and it felt like riding a bullet like before I could process how fast I was going it was already time to shift again! Then suddenly driving home from work Friday she felt a bit slow like butt dyno slow and my afrs were on point everything adjusted properly so today I went out and did a couple 2nd to 3rd pulls and she's still very quick (to me) like 2nd 20-60 is in a blink of an eye I've just caught the classic bug no matter what you do, no matter the horsepower it'll be slow in a week.

I like my BP/G15 as a daily. Quick enough to be fun but still simple enough to drive all the time.

My advice: buy another festy and build it to be ridiculous while still having a fun daily.

I have ice raced a B6T and a BP. The BP was better down low, but there was no question the B6T was much faster and pulled better.

Thanks guys. I just got a BP to do the swap and was excited for the power.

The first time I stepped on the B6T swap I asked myself "why did I build this?"

The Vette isn't feeling too fast anymore either.

I have a rust free shell to do just that and I will say the BP makes this car the ultimate daily I just got 35mpg and I still have PLENTY of power to do anything I'd ever need to I can even go up steep hills at low rpm in high gear it's amazing it's just not the explosive experience I had last week lol

Heavily consider going turbo in the summer but it'll be a high quality build and everything I've planned out is 2200 but I'm thinking of having the header built professionally so 2200+ that
