Can anyone reccomend a good B6 engine manual?

I am getting ready to drop the pan and do some exploration into the condition of the lower end on my Capri B6T engine. Can anyone recommend a good service manual forB6/B6T/BP engines? I have the Haynes Festiva book but for some reason they show only a 1.3 sohc engine...LOL.

If you can't find a Capri manual, find your local Spec Miata racer who is running a 1990-1993, and copy the relevant pages from his (or hers) factory service manual, which each racer is required to have a copy of.
Though all B series are very similar.
Do be as carefull as you can of the turbo specific hoses, hard to come by.
