Other way around, American cars are being manufactured by Kia.. Such as the Chevrolet Aveo/Pontiac wave Chevy Optra, Chevy Epica, and I believe the Malibu's as well... -

Kia starts to build a factory in Georgia.
As you know, Kia has been merged by Hyudai.
So They have 2 factories in Alabama and Gerogia.
Chevrolet Aveo/Pontiac wave Chevy Optra, Chevy Epica, <-- These cars are GM's But GM merged Daewoo in Korea.
So GM Daewoo is manufacturing those cars in Korea.
Chevrolet Aveo is Gentra in Korea.
Pontiac Wave is Kalos in Korea.
Chevy Optra is Laceti in Korea.
Chevy Epica is Toscar in Korea.My Mustang aspires to success.Comment

I noticed a similarity in the Chevy Aveo and the Toyota yaris. but maybe it was just me. lo
I would love to have a brand new yaris though. hatchback. very nice little cars.Comment
