Rebuilding stock Festiva head

I am looking to rebuild a stock head from a 93 Festiva. The bottom end was done with parts from a source on ebay and seemed to work well.
Is there a good source for stock head parts? It's got a few ticks that i would like to address.

The ticks are likely the hla's. They can be cleaned or bought new here:

, cam and dist seals, vc gasket, intake manifold gaskets, camshaft, valves, valve seats and guides and stem seals all available there cheap.
