Festiva vs aspire question

Are the wheel lug bolts for an aspire and festiva the same? If nott, are the heads any shorter for an aspire bolt? Looking for a shorter headed wheel bolt to not interfere with wheel pattern adapters. No one carries any locally and most websites don’t list the head length. Any advice would really help before I start grinding down a new set.
