For me i have 3 major projects going on.

#1 is to finish britstiva and deliver him to the new owner.

#2 is to prep Overkill for next season of autocross. At this time i am going to pick up a new intake manifold and throttle body. I will remake all the intercooler piping in 2.5". I need to build up some aero mods. I race in the mod class so anything goes! I will be looking at making the car even lighter then it is now. I MIGHT try to make some carbon fiber doors and hatch. I am on the edge with that tho. I could simply cut mine up to cut weight. SO i have lots to do there.

#3 is the big power bp build on lucifer. Not much has been done here yet. I have a few large items paid for but many more to go. This project will take off once i get a few other projects around the house done.

What do you guys have going on?

I have the foam to insulate my garage but i have yet to actually do it. I do have a very large heater tho. It gets it nice and warm in there in minutes.

I just hope V2 is back from paint before the end of the year. I have a $14 Walmart heater keeping the garage just a few degrees above unbearable.

I think you are even closer than that. What fuel is it?

I'm still struggling with my left fender brace. the lower hinge holes don't line up on the bracket.
They are both about a half a diameter or more out of true position. I have to decide if I want to cut and re-weld, or just fabricate another lower plate. I had to grind a small section out of the weld seam up top in order to make the brace sit flush to the body. Too cold right now. Just a dusting of snow. I'm working in the barn. I think I will look for a torpedo heater. I just finished looking at some nice houses in Deland Florida, where that Hyabusa Festiva is supposed to be located.

My little car is currently on jack stands getting new front end parts. Planning a road trip over the next couple of weeks, and I want everything right.

Going with new front bearings and rotors, LCAs and tie rods. Already has new struts, but getting new rio strut hats.

Trying to talk myself into removing the dash and re doing the foam gaskets and anything else that is messed up in my climate control assembly. Probably replace heater core too Whatever blower motor needs too. Just go through it all. Hard to get started!

zoe, make sure you remove the hidden screw in the blower housing before you try and pry it open.

For the Festiva: rebuild a spare pair of front hubs, redo the oil pressure gauge sender, get the H2O/meth injection working again.
On the Bugeye: get the engine the rest of the driveline out so I can get it up on a rotisserie, replace the floor on the passenger side, prep as much as possible for paint etc....
