  • Just picked up a 92 in south TEXAS

I took my car dolly and bought a 92 in south TEXAS.

It is an automatic, that is not what I wanted.

It followed my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe all the way home and I still averaged 25 MPG with a 290 horsepower engine.

Will the engine from a ford probe fit in the Festiva?

If not what other engines will fit in the Festiva?

    Thank you

    Jack

I find the search function difficult to use, but look around the site, all the answers are here and then some.
For an all around great car, it's hard to beat the ease and economy of the B6 swap
    No car too fast !

Agreed, the first step into the rabbit hole is the B6 swap. Manual swapping isn't that difficult once the parts are obtained: pedal assembly, linkage, axles, flywheel, dust plate, starter, trans, clutch cable and bracket. The other bits can be modified to work.
