compared to the 1 special edition Festiva (Sport) Kia pushed at least 4 different limited packages in its 10 year run. this Shout edition was likely the most popular and i believe a U.K. exclusive. i've seen a couple on ebay UK but not the 5 door. mild body kit and rear hatch visor. some scrambled egg graphics but good looking wheels.
this is a sad brochure. only 1/2 size and 1 pic but hard to find.

So period correct fender repeaters are circles, hm. Never could get visual confirmation on that. I'd not install round ones if i was adding them myself to such a square vehicle. Agreed, that is a cool shade of blue.
