I don't remember which post I was reading last week but there was some discussion about working on soft surfaces, I have 2 crane pads I use, they are made for placing under the outriggers on cranes when they are on dirt to keep them from tipping. I didn't have to make mine, but they wouldn't be hard to make. Mine look like they are made out of three 24x24 pieces of 3/4 plywood glued to gether with a rope threaded through them.The have a bonus in that you get an extra 2" of lift from your jack or jack stand. Heres a pic I found on google anytime I try putting up my own pics I get a not enough space error.

30 + Vehicle projects right now.7 Festiva/Mazda 10 GM IDK how many others,hope that helps explain all the stupid questions/shortcuts/interchanges etc. trying to liquidate so I concentrate on the good ones. Goal finish 1 amonth using as much stuff as I already have accumulated.Tags: None
