Non rotating wheels

Has anyone seen the non rotating wheels? Instead of the wheels spinning while your stopped these never rotate. May be old hat but this is the first Ive seen of them.

They look just like the real spinners , but the center is weighted and stays centered and don't spin .

I don't know how you would make them not look tacky.. maybe do some high detailed airbrush that majkes them look like rotas or something.. but still..

Dude, I had some non-rotating wheels on the blue car for a long time while the motor was out... then I swapped in the BP and they suddenly started rotating again :!: hmmm... thats strange... :lol:
