  • looking for ideas for the front grill

Went into a VW/Audi place today with a friend to pick up his S4. Ofcorse some of the mechanics ask HEY WHATS IN THE FESTIVA bla bla bla, and I was talking to one of them and he brought up the fact that my front grill makes it look ricey. When that came to my attention I did in fact agree that my grill, although IMO looks good, is ricey. I would love to get ride of this so what should I do to make it look cleaner

Every car I have owned has had a turbo in it, until I bought this latest festiva.. I plan to fix that though.

Do you mean the black mesh? or were you talking about the opening?

Personally the big opening isn't what I like, but ricey? I dunno. I made mine with the center bar because I didn't like the way it looked with the emblem or opened up all the way.

I did mine with the center bar like DJ and I liked it... But then I went all original and picked up the euro headlight and grill and made it look even better.

^^Thats the way to go! Although it can be expensive compared to other grill options.

Ian, Pimptiva's grill is not skill's it is a Mazda 121 grill. They are made like that. They are 1 piece all the way across the front of the car with the corner lights and headlights in the grill. FMS carry's them or maybe you could find one on Ebay. Shipping is alot because they are as wide as the front of the car.

Are you looking for good ideas, or just ideas ? I did this to my 90L for under $30.00 Grill and emblem included. Just had to drill a couple of holes. Its an idea anyway. The emblem fits into the oval nicey.

I really like the 121 grill myself, I bought mine from a guy that changed his mind and didn't want to use it. I paid $200 for the whole set up!
