i want my festiva done!

well its been getting painted for like over a month now the painter well.....hes slow but good. i dont want to rush him but im dieing to drive my car. i need to put more money into it though, if you didnt know it has a b6t swap, but has issues motors good half shaft seals leak and need to be replaced. the interior is screwed but i dont want to put stock interior back into it. has no working radio,heat, and other wirrring issues, thats going to be a fun project.. and my girlfriend oh god she hates the festiva every day she bitches because i put money into it. how do i get her to shut up?? sorry im haveing with drawl i need my car, alls i want to do is work on it and put every penny into it. even though ill never see another penny out of it. then i got a mustang its been sitting for a year what do i do??? i need a little body work and im so anal i dont want it bondod i think i want a new quarter put on it...... it has a small dent where i hit the garage a little why?!?!?!?!?! i cried that day...

I know the feeling! I have a Cobra mustang that is just sitting. I put more money and work into the Festiva (that the girlfriend hates) just like you do! And your right about painters, whn my Cobra went to get painted I was told 5-6 weeks max. I was almost 2 years before it came back home. It has been sitting now untouched for over 1 year since it did come home though........................someday!

we put the hood on it looks good i cant wait to see what it will look like painted. but the woman i swear every day same thing over and over they need to make a pill.... i better clear my cookies so she dont read this if she did it be another week with out sex!

Every painter I know is the same , except the one that worked on the Festiva last .. he only had it 2-1/2 days

My S-10 took 9 mos . and I was there every day pushing and helping to get it done .
I can't imagine how long it would have been , if I did not help , I seen 1 car sit there 5 years , ended up in a law suit .

hmmm... mine only took a couple hours and four cans of duplicolor from advance auto parts... I had to wait till the next day for the paint to dry properly, but I did it in the morning, so I figured by four in the afternoon it would be dry enough to drive... so I did... can't go without my festy for even a day, lol

Hmm.. just waiting for the body to be done later this month. Then paint was thinking this color.
