Just wondering what all you have done. I know alot have done the festy swap but anything else???

I have helped on a number of honda swaps and about done with my festy swap, and getting ready to do a LQ9 (iron LS2) in my mustang.

Just throwing this out to see what all crazy stuff you have done.

Yeah I have done alot of honda swaps aswell, they are so strait forward and seem like any engine belongs in any model lol I love it but I havent tried anything too complex until my b6t festiva swap which is in progress, good luck with your swap, should be interesting.

Most of my swaps are old school domestics. Put a 327 in a Vega, a 429 in a Pinto, many a 350/305 swap. A couple of cab over swaps.. buit a Clifford modded 250 straight 6 into my 64 Chevy Delivery, A few Mopar swaps.. swapped a slant 6 for a 318 in a 70 Valiant, but never was into the imports for modding until the Festiva. I still feel that Im spinning the wrong tires..

This was the last one before the SHO into festiva swap, 427 into 65 Nova.

im still young... i have only rebuilt a 86' 944 turbo and put the b6t with trans into the festiva.... when im older i want to make a awd festiva putting about 450 to the wheels...

Hmm, here's a list of the ones I can remember...
460 into a fox Mustang, now becoming turbocharged/fuel injected 460 in a fox Cougar (BIG turbo)
Several 267/305/350 swaps, with a 454 thrown in for good measure
Ford 302 into a 1982 Dodge D50, also airbagged and 4 linked, Toyota brakes....
Right now we're working on a supercharged Chev 2.8 V6 in a Chevette. (also airbagged, fabbed front/rear suspension, new floor, subframed, firewall pushed back 8 inches, Volvo rear end..

That's what I can remember being involved in. The other one must've been really boring.

Wow , everybody has done a Pinto and a Vega :lol:
My first car was a Pinto and I had 3 Vegas ..1 was a GT hatch ,
I never had the chance to do a swap back then , I should have done a swap , I could not keep the rods in the block back then .
That was 30 years ago :lol: :lol:
