I made this one out of some copper, aluminum, and Plexiglas on a fifty ton press, its water tight

Are you doing this on your own stuff? I mean I wouldn't want ya to get in trouble for making them.. But I sure would like a custom made one like the round one..

I just started with a round piece of aluminum cut out the center, molded it in the press then mashed the logo and Plexiglas in behind a disc of copper and crimped it on the press, here is what the back looks like. Ill make more and take pics.


xpnsyd: No problem its all done at home, Ill make you one tomorrow. I can insert any pic you want behind the Plexiglas if you want something else on it.

I could supply ya with the avatar pics of zippy "mamabear's" avatar, I want my avatar, and happymom's avatar all on white backgrounds on one side and like what you have on the first round 1 on the other side.. That would be great.. let me know what ya want for them..

I never made one of these until today. It wouldnt be a problems putting your avatars on one side but Id have to figure out how to put images on both sides because of the assembly order. Id have to have two seperate halfs which would need to be crimped to gather. Ill think on it. I alway say " if it possible it can be done "


PS those pic you sent are the perfect size :!: Im printing them now.

I was thinking you could place both sides back to back with a lil glue. :dontknow:

You could but would probably not hold up. Need a good mechanical fastner. I want it to last. Im off tomorrow I work on it.
