  • Moderators needed - volunteer

Some of our forums have mods that haven't been active in a long time or are unable to dedicate the time to be a mod. Volunteers need to be regular active members that contribute some value to the site and visit on a daily basis.

So submit a 10,000 word essay on why we should choose you and not the others, a set of finger prints, credit references, first born, etc.

Post here or PM one of the admins

Here are some of the forums we need mods for:

    For Sale/Wanted
    Off topic forum
    Custom Car Audio
    Custom interior/exterior
    N/A Engine Swap Forum
    Custom engine & drivetrain

I'd love to get involved with the custom interior/exterior forum. I'm on here at least a couple of times a day, and here's just a few samples of the interior/exterior work I've done to my cars... since you asked for a 10,000 word essay

    my latest:

    others from the past:

My big time exterior mod thats still in process:

This is my prize interior mod... I'm really proud of this one, and I'm building one for celicaGT and eye of ra right now:

Dunno if that qualifies me for the job or not, I'll let you guys be the judge of that...
    No festiva for me ATM...

I as well would like to take up the task of being a moderator. I'm usually on a couple times a day myself. I feel comfortable in moding what ever sub-forum you want to put me, I'll leave the decision up to you guys. I'll tell you I'll either go for N/A swap or custom engine/drivetrain. I think most of the time I am a pretty straight forward, honest opinion giver/help or problem solver. Plus one of these days I'd like to do a write up on some of the N/A swaps you can do to the festiva, that way we won't have new members come onboard and post topics that have already been covered. Not that that's a bad thing. I also want to make a sticky of some other usefull information on all B series engines in custom engine/drivetrain so there easy accessable.

Something like this...that tells all the engines, what differences they have from each other, and what cars they can be found in. Not only that, but the blue highlighted words will take you to a seperate link. EXAMPLE turbocharger: tells you exactly how one works and the components associated with forced induction.

If you are interested in recruiting me for a mod, PM me.

Moderator has the ability to change, modify,or delete threads in his assigned forum. You would be responsible for keeping your forum on track. An Administrator can do all that and then some on the whole forum. Admin's can access the set up of the board and change anything and control user's.

id love to be a mod, been on here since festiva #1 i bought (2002 or 2003 i believe)

heck i remember when everyone said the 1.8 swap was impossible... and useless to even try lol and the FML i used to be on too...

i do check the forums out everyday usually more than once...

i wouldnt mind having custom engines, interior/exteriors, and N/A swaps since those are the 3 i tend to look more into and know the most about.
1992 Festiva... BP-T, Escort G5MR, no crossmember, aspire brakes, Megasquirt, Toyota COP's, coilovers and 6 puck SPEC clutch!

T3/T4 Turbo Power! G5MR and BP since '04!
