  • Reluctantly considering selling my li'l Roller Skate(91Fest)

Times got real tough real quick. I could maybe talked into not selling (lol) but, right now, the potential cash value of a great running but rough body Festiva might be my solution. (SE Missouri)

IM me if you'd like, (Scott) or respond here.

    jrjackstraw@hotmail.com

If i shouldnt be posting this issue in this forum, I apologize.

    :-D

P.S. you wouldn't believe there's such a term as "global warming" today, eh?

Better hold on to it, best car you ever had . You would regret selling it.

Sadly, the Roller Skate (I rarely, if ever, name a car . . . that's how strong this wonderful machine has been for me) will indeed be sold asap.

From this post I'll explore the criteria necessary on this site to possibly list it "for sale". (eBAy will also be expored for this purpose)

Its a great running, but otherwise rough appearing car that needs ball joints and one axle just to be a safe, operating vehicle.

It's 1154 PM cst Superbowl Sunday as I post this. If you want to butt in front, msg me at jrjackstraw@hotmail.com or you can call 573-775-3934 (home) or 314-489-7169 (cell).

My realistic "hobby car" aspirations are more towards elderly VW's and Studebaker's. I KNEW the day I first drove my Festiva that there was something special . . REAL special, about it, but, in real life today, it isn't a realistic vehicle to put time and money into to back up my Honda as a 'reguraly abused independant contractor courier car' . . .

That being said, my Roller Skate in the two years i"ve owned it, surpasses ALL other 62 vehicles I've owned since 1980 in personal historical relevance . . . the eventual buyer gets the story! ;-)

                Rock on y'all!

If you are really going to sell the Roller Skate you should list it in the for sale/ wanted area. You will need to give anyone a good description of it, put a price on it, and lets us know where it will be. Oh yeah, everyone will want to see some pictures of it.
