  • Turbo Festiva on Ebay....

Thought that this was funny. I tried to straighten the guy out, but he is convinced that the air intake and the VAF sensor is a turbo and "all Festivas have them."

I just saw the same thing as was laughing so loud my g/f came in here to see what was going on. I thought about E mailsing the guy too since in the engine bay shot you can clearly see there is NO turbo. Not to mention it was NEVER a factory option.

LOL, he wrote me back this, when I tried to straighten him out:

"it is the thing on the bottom left under the hood... attached with a hose... almost if not all festiva's have them ... you can hear it ween, but that is only if you know how to drive...."

I never dreamed anyone could be that ignorant, but you learn something every day.

honestly i actually reported it as a misleading title since thats what it is.

here is a link to where you can report it if anyone else would care to do so it would only further help someone to not be mislead into thinking this vehicle is turbo equipped.

jsut click email us under Contact Customer Support and then when it asks for an item number just put this into there: 250080868947

This what I wrote to him:
"As you've already heard. That is not a turbo. Have you ever seen a turbo? Look up a picture. From what I can tell your Festiva is all stock. Your Festiva is not special. There is no turbo on any stock Festiva. What you have pictured is a MAF sensor, or MASS AIR FLOW. I'd suggest changing your description."
