Festiva with a factory sunroof

Does anyone have a Festiva with a factory sunroof? I need to know the dimensions of the glass.

I have a sunroof on mine, but I have no idea whether it's factory or not. Is there a way to tell? Either way, I can get you the dimensions of mine if you'd like.

I had a factory one in my second Pimptiva... Unfortunately, I have no idea where it rests now...

Look for KMC bug on the glass of the sunroof that should tell you whether its factory or not.

I'm not real sure but the back of the interior part of the factory roof doesn't run straight across.

Yes, mainly the width from side to side. I want to see how wide it is compared to my sunroof. But give me the length too.

Do you have any pictures of the sunroof? Inside an out? I want to be able to identify a factory roof somehow.

it's 29.5 inches wide X 15 inches long

okay, the pics on the inside didn't turn out as well as i'd like but here they are anyway

the inside, the two clips are toward the front of the car

this is the lever to open it, it's kinda hard to see but there is a red clip thing that is so you can open it only part way if you wanted (but it's broke on mine)

and a pic of the front clip, it's cool because if you open these clips you can take the glass right out of the car

here's some more pics of the sunroof out and how it clips in, it's getting a little cold out to try and get some pics of the strucural behind the headliner so i may go out and do that tomorrow

this is the glass out of the car, this one shows the clip toward the front of the car


this one is the hinge, the two ball looking things toward the top of the pic is what you squeeze together to bring in the pins that hold the glass to the car


this is the clip at the front from the inside

this is the same one but from the top, plus you can see one of my bears hanging from the mirror :lol:


and this is where the hinge hooks into, this pic shows the red locking clip a lot better, and in this pic you can see where it's broke

Every Festiva I've ever seen with a sunroof (=3), it's been a fabric affair.
