  • Electric supercharger

I have gotten an e-mail response from North End Tuning regarding a supercharger for my fordfestiva . They want to sell me a custom kit for it. Have you heared anything about this company? http://www.electricchargers.com

oh just don't! It won't do anything for your car and it is just a waste of money. For them to say they are making you a custome one is rediculous, because all the kits are identical. They just attach to your intake air tube, and spin alittle fan to try and up the volume of air. But they arn't strong enough, and any additionall air that is provided will probably go unused because your cars computer isn't going to know what to do with it.

We have had this discussion before, if you use the search function, I believe there are 2 or 3 articles about what they really are.

Aaah, the scam continues. These are about as good as those "perfomance chips" sold on eBay.

HAHA, yea jordan dont get scammed...
if you want cheap perfomance through F/I you can hook up a leaf blower to your intake and get like a 15hp gain.
there is a vid of this on streetfire.net it so funny.
There is no replacement for displacement, except for the turbo in my basement.
